🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed.

• Please ensure all product details (size, color, design, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we don’t accept returns, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

• Please contact us at vibenest.stoore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Attach clear photos of the issue (product and packaging).

• Our team will assess the case and offer a resolution such as a replacement or store credit — if applicable.

🔁 Exceptions

We do not accept returns for reasons including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide)

• Dislike of design after ordering

• Delays caused by shipping partners
